Traditional Screen Printing

Screen Printing is a method utilized with plastisol ink (insert what it is here) or water based ink (what it is here) that is applied to a screen with your designated design. The design is typically broken down into separate colours and screens that are applied to the garment to complete a finished product. Screen printing is a high quality process that works with specific garments (polyester and cotton) with designs that have solid colours. Our maximum of colours per screen printing method designs is upto 6 colours for a maximum pallet size of 16x18 inches. If customers bring their own design and do not need our designing services, we ask that all designs be sent to us as print ready files. What do we mean by print ready? This means that we shouldn't have to make any changes or adjustments on our part; every detail of the supplied drawing should be printed. The best file format for screen printing is Adobe Illustrator vector file.

Vinyl Printing

Vinyl printing is a single or colour print method, an alternative to traditional printing. Our single colour is the easiest way to print. This method, utilized for jobs that are required to be completed the same day. The single vinyl printing method works with a multitude colour of vinyl materials including; reflective vinyls, neon colours, iridescent foils, and gold colours. The full colour vinyl method, done by the help of an inkjet printer to print onto a white sheet of vinyl and allows for full colour designs to be applied to garments in most location including those which can not be achieved with DTG printing. All designs utilize a computer and a vinyl cutting machine that will then be heat pressed onto requested/designated garment. If customers bring their own design and do not need our designing services, we ask that all designs be sent to us as print ready files. What do we mean by print ready? This means that we should not have editing or adjustments to do on our end; every detail in your provided design is to be printed. The best file format for both vinyl prints is high-resolution png (minimum 300 DPI) with a transparent background, to be cut around the edges of the design.

Heat Transfer

This method uses regular screen printing to print a design onto heat transfer paper which is then heat pressed onto garments. Similar to vinyl printing and sublimation printing, prints on garments utilizing a heat press. Since we use a heat press application, it will have a flatter look than normal screen printing. If customers bring their own design and do not need our designing services, we ask that all designs be sent to us as print ready files. What do we mean by print ready? This means that we shouldn't have to make any changes or adjustments on our part; every detail of the supplied drawing should be printed. The best file format for heat transfer is expanded

Embroidery

Our embroidery services offer decorating of art on athletic, polyester and cotton materials. It is a method that applies a needle and thread to dedicated garments (jackets, sweats, sweaters and hats) to provide a durable patch. We offer multiple types of embroidery which includes normal embroidery, athletic “tackle twill”, as well as patches of any size and design. Normal embroidery is your typical stitching on garments, or flat designs for hats. Athletic “tackle twill” is a super durable laser cut embroidery method where custom patches are sewn onto fabric. This method is perfect for jersey style numbers of letters, but is also customizable for any design. If customers bring their own design and do not need our designing services, we ask that all designs be sent to us as print ready files. What do we mean by print ready? This means that we should have no editing or adjustments to do on our end; every detail in the provided design is to be printed. The best file format for embroidery is high resolution (minimum 300 DPI) png with transparent background, that is cropped to the edges of the design.

Patches

We offer designing for patches separately Custom patches are one of the finest forms of embroidery. Patches are excellent for outerwear such as uniforms, button down jackets, hats, as well as many other garments. Designs are embroidered on to twill, cut out and then sewn onto your garment of choice! There is no minimum or maximum for patch orders, and we guarantee you will love our work. If a client is not using our graphic design team for art assistance, we ask that all designs be sent to us as print ready files. What do we mean by print ready? This means that we should have no editing or adjustments to do on our end; every detail in the provided design is to be printed. For patch work, the best format for a print ready file is a high resolution (at least 300 DPI) png on a transparent background, that is cropped to the edges of the design.

Sticker Printing

One of the best ways to promote a brand is a clean cut sticker. We print high quality stickers offering gloss and matte finishes for all your sticker needs. We only require a minimum of 50 stickers to begin an order! And remember, everyone loves a good sticker. This means that we should have no editing or adjustments to do on our end; every detail in the provided design is to be printed. For sticker printing, the best formats for a print ready file are expanded Adobe Illustrator vector files or high resolution PSD files.
